According to the chipset specification, you could not use DDR and DDR2 memory modules at the same time. You could only choose to run either one memory type on your motherboard. Secondly, if you want to enable DDR memory Dual Channel technology, you need to have two exactly same type/size of memory modules on this MB. With the latest BIOS, PCBs 3.x or above can support 200/266MHzFSB, Thoroughbred 0.13u/Morgan 0.18u Athlon XP/Duron CPUs and PCBs 2.x or below can support 200/266MHzFSB Thunderbird0.18u /Morgan 0.18u Athlon/Duron CPUs.
